We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS Service. The Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process. The shipping calculation is based on the weight of the product, the materials to ship the product, and the destination of the product.
Products in stock for same-day shipping: We usually ship all order same business day if the order is placed before 3:00pm PST (6:00pm EST).
We offer lifetime warranty for all of the cables we sell to be free of defect in workmanship or components. Non-working cables can be returned to us for replacement at any time but we do not warrant them for abuse, mis-use, normal wear and tear, or for any consequential damages from their use. Any cable showing signs of damage will not be replaced.
All Hardware, Tools and any Electronics including USB Chargers have a 30 Day Replacement Warranty.
Other products have 1 year warranty from invoice date.
RMA's do not extend the warranty after the warranty period.

Returns / Refund
We offer 30 days Money Back Gurantee on almost every product we offer. Please visit our website or call customer service at 626-242-4849, in advance to obtain an RMA number within 30 days of purchase date.
Merchandise returned WITHIN 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. Merchandise returned AFTER 30 days of purchase will be issued store credit.
We charge no re-stocking fee if merchandise is returned WITHIN 30 days.
(Merchandise must be in re-sellable condition)
20% Re-Stocking Fee will apply if returned AFTER 30 days.
RMA=Return Material Authorization
* You can request RMA by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
* We will reply your request with RMA number.
* RMA numbers are good for 14 days only.
* Clearly mark the RMA number on your shipping box.
* Any shipments received without RMA numbers will be refused.
* No COD shipments accepted.
About RMA freight:
A. Bargain Cable Direct will be responsible for the freight if the returning reason is:
1. Product is DOA (Defective On Arrival)
* RMA request must be made within 5 days after receiving the merchandise to be eligible for DOA return.
2. We shipped wrong item to you.
We will send you UPS/FedEx shipping label (pdf) to return the package. We will also pay the freight for the replacement (when replacement is requested).
B. You will be responsible for the freight if the returning reason is:
1. You ordered wrong item
2. You no longer need the item
C. You will be responsible for return freight, and Bargain Cable Direct will pay the replacement freight if the reason for return is warranty replacement.

If you need to return an item, you first will need to contact us for an RA (Return Authorization) number. Any return shipped back to us without this RMA number will be refused.
